FAQs

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. We are inspired by our love of the autumn season, so please feel free to take inspiration in your dress! Please no jeans or denim, and avoid shades of white.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside, and the cocktail hour and reception will be both indoors and outdoors, so feel free to bring a jacket or shawl if needed.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we have decided to make our special day adults-only. Enjoy a date night with dancing, dinner, and drinks on us!

Question

Is there parking at the venue? Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, there is ample, free off-street parking! If needed, you can leave your car overnight, just be sure to pick it up by noon on Sunday.

Question

What if I have dietary needs?

Answer

Please indicate all dietary needs on your RSVP. We'll take care of the rest!

Question

Do I need cash for anything?

Answer

Our bartenders welcome cash tips, but they also take Venmo and Zelle.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Fall in the Mid-Atlantic is typically sunny, with a light breeze at night. High temperatures during the day are typically in the 60s, with lows at night falling to the 40s-50s. With our celebration being indoors and outdoors, please layer accordingly if you tend to get cold!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than May 1, 2027.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We welcome your photos at all stages of the event. Please ensure your shutter sound is turned off and that taking photos does not disrupt the ceremony. We'd love to see your photos afterwards, so please upload them to bit.ly/mmwedding2027
