Are our kids invited?

Answer

Although we LOVE all the littles in our lives, we respectfully request no small children attend the wedding. Due to limited numbers/space, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on the RSVP. We encourage friends and family to use this evening as a date night! Thank you so much for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are taking the shuttles, you will arrive in plenty of time. If you are driving yourself, or getting dropped off, please arrive at 4:45.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Due to limited parking at the private residence that we will be using as our venue, we kindly ask that you use the shuttle service from Running Aces Hotel if you plan on driving for the evening. There will also be a drop-off area for rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Your Mom, etc.) if you prefer to let loose and head home following the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES!! There will be shuttles stopping at each of the hotels and transporting guests to/from the venue. Please check the “Travel” tab for specific shuttle times.

Is there anything I should know about the venue?

Answer

Yes! Since this is a private residence that was generously offered by a close friend, we ask that all guests be respectful of the property and any personal belongings on-site. Please stay within designated event areas and help keep the space clean and cared for.

Are there restrooms at the venue?

Answer

While we won’t have fancy marble countertops or scented candles, we will have clean and comfy porta potties ready for you. Think of it as part of the backyard adventure and make sure to dress accordingly for a confined lavatory.
