What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We suggest cocktail attire, cocktail dress and suits.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking. They have a parking lot with 250 parking spaces.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be several time spots from the hotel to the venue and the bus will start shuttling people back to the hotel at 8pm and will run every 30 minutes.

Is there a hotel block?

Yes, there is a hotel block at Marriott Suites Midtown under the name Reeves/Williams.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you have not already been notified that you can bring a date, then we ask that you come alone. We are trying to be budget friendly with our guest list.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We are hosting an adults-only wedding. We love your children but would ask that you keep them at home.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm, but we suggest getting there early to find a parking spot and a seat.

Will there be food and alcohol?

Answer

Yes we are providing delicious food through a covid-friendly buffet. There will be passed appetizers during the cocktail hour. We will also have open bars around the venue.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options for food?

Answer

We kept in mind several of our dietary restricted guests when developing our menu, there are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. The bride has a shellfish allergy, so there will not be any shellfish items either. If you have any specific dietary needs other than what is listed here, please reach out to the bride and groom.
