University of Wisconsin-Madison Arboretum
A great place for a nice hike, run, or opportunity to step back in history in the restored tall grass prairie and oak savannah. One of the last places you can find the rusty-patched bumble bee!
Dane County Farmers' Market
One of the largest markets in the country, this is not to be missed. It's held around the capitol square every Saturday from 6am-2pm. Be sure to get Farmer John's cheese curds for a fully Wisconsin experience!
Olbrich Botanical Gardens
Another great place to escape and immerse yourself in a beautiful urban garden. Almost a location for our ceremony!

Weary Traveler Freehouse
Megan and Jeremy's first date locale, and somewhere we went pretty much weekly for a bite to eat.
The Old Fashioned
Classic, Wisconsin fare right on the capitol square. This is a great place to try cheese curds or walleye.
Greenbush Bar
Jeremy's favorite place in the entire world. Uncomplicated Sicilian style Italian fare, including some of the best thin crust pizza money can buy, a great wine list, and a ton of whiskey.
Tornado Steak House
Home of our favorite late night menu. Show up after 10pm for delicious $10 steak sandwiches and one of the best atmospheres you could hope for.
Memorial Union Terrace
The famous Memorial Union Terrace! Enjoy a beer and braut while watching the sailboats on Lake Mendota.
