How and when should I RSVP?

Please RSVP using the link on our wedding website. This will become available once our formal invitations are sent. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 1, 2026

Answer

No, we have no reserved hotel room blocks. For more information, please look at the Travel section of our website.

What time should I arrive for the Wedding?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm. Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Timbers at Old Greenwood (12977 Fairway Dr, Truckee, CA 96161) and the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Refreshments and light snacks will be waiting upon arrival.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors with outdoor access. We recommend bringing sunglasses and a light sweater.

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a formal event. Women should wear long dresses, and men should wear a suit and or sport coat with a tie. This is a celebration, so feel free to dress colorfully! Please, no jeans.

Are you providing transportation?

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend.

What is the timeline of events?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. We will have a cocktail hour to follow starting at 4:30pm with light hors d'oeuvres, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages. Our reception will start at 6:00pm.
