Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio

The Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio is where Wright spent the first 20 years of his career (1889-1909), and you can tour this visionary structure to see how the famous architect approached construction of his unique buildings. The entire Frank Lloyd Wright District features the world's largest collection of Wright-designed structures, and you can explore them on foot or by bike. Our house is in the Gunderson Historic District.

Wonder Works Children's Museum

A favorite of the Belcaster kids! Best for the littles 6 and undeWonder Works offers interactive exhibits where kids can explore everything from art and music to science and engineering. With creative play spaces, building zones, and rotating activities, it's the perfect spot to let little ones burn off energy.

We'd recommend starting at Lake and Marion.

Oak Park Farmers' Market

The Oak Park Farmers Market runs every Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm. The 2025 season was actually the market's 50th season! The market is located in the Pilgrim Church parking lot at 460 Lake St, and it's been a beloved Oak Park tradition for half a century.
