Let’s get to know everyone! Since everyone is traveling in from all over, many of you have never met. Let’s get that fixed! We will meet at the TRS Bar around 8pm to get this week of fun started right!

We will meet up at the Travel Club lobby and we will take you on a tour of the resort. Learn where all the restaurants are located and when they are open, find all the great pools, and pick your favorite bar! We will show you the members only areas that you are entitled to and any other helpful information.

During the day, enjoy your time relaxing by the pool or walking the beautiful beaches or even take advantage of your FREE EXCURSION! We are still finalizing these details, but please feel fee to join the future bride and groom for some fun filled events (think ATV riding, golfing, ziplining, spa, etc).

Wear your best Mexican inspired attire!

Casual but fun! Wear your funniest/best bar crawl shirt!
After dinner join us for a “Bar Crawl” around the resort! We will be visiting all the open bars on the resort to have a drink, socialize, dance, and just have a great time! Be sure to get all your boxes checked for a chance at a special prize at the end of the night!

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual Beach Attire (see the FAQs page for details)
The ceremony will take place on the main beach and start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. Feel free to stop by the beach bar on your way down and pick up a drink so you don't become parched during the ceremony. Please note this will be a CELL PHONE FREE ceremony! So leave them in your pockets or your room if you can’t resist. We hired Daniel and his assistant to make sure we have incredible photos of the event that we will share with you! After the ceremony, we will all take pictures on the beach and then most guests will be left to their own devices until the reception starts at 1900. Hit up the XX bar for a drink or swing by your room to freshen up before the party starts.

Right up the walkway from the beach, enjoy our private event with buffet and bar! Feel free to stop by your room to freshen up or grab a drink until we're done with photos and the party starts!

Enjoy your time! Relax at the pool, walk the beach, participate in the daily activities put on by the resort. Don’t forgot to schedule your FREE EXCURSION offered by the travel club! This is your time to do as you wish. We will provide a schedule of where you can visit with the Bride and Groom each day, but there is no requirement to be anywhere. This is your vacation, ENJOY IT!
