New Orleans Itinerary Recommendations
Pat O'Brien's

Pat O'Brien's

718 Saint Peter, New Orleans, LA 70116

The Bourbon St. bar that invented the hurricane drink & holds so many fun memories for us. We love Pat-O's and will be having Welcome Drinks here on Friday!! Please see the Schedule tab for more info 😊

The Carousel Bar & Lounge

The Carousel Bar & Lounge

214 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

This is an iconic Nola bar, located in the famous Hotel Monteleone. This hotel is right across the street from where our rehearsal dinner will be, so I am sure we will grab drinks here before and/or after.

The Pool Club New Orleans

The Pool Club New Orleans

550 Baronne Street, New Orleans, LA 70113

This is the rooftop bar & pool located at the Virgin Hotels. Perfect for our guests who chose to book a room through our hotel block at this hotel. We are personally big fans of rooftop bars, and this one definitely offers unique New Orleans' vibes and views.

Henry's Gin Bar

Henry's Gin Bar

317 Baronne Street, New Orleans, LA 70112

This is the bar located in the lobby of the Nopsi Hotel. They also have a rooftop bar & pool as well at this hotel.

St. Charles Avenue Streetcar

St. Charles Avenue Streetcar

New Orleans, LA 70115

Nothing says New Orleans, like a streetcar ride through the city. The St. Charles Avenue Streetcar is the oldest and one of the best lines. It passes by classic local spots & beautiful New Orleans homes and spans from Uptown to the CBD. The linked website shows all of the streetcar lines, as well as things to do on their routes! Per the website: If you’re paying with cash, correct change is required. For adults, that means $1.25 per ride (children aged five to 12th grade are $0.50 and seniors/riders with disabilities are $0.40). Prefer cashless? Download Le Pass, the official app of the New Orleans RTA to see routes with live updates, purchase passes, and get more information about accessibility.

New Orleans Walking Tour

New Orleans Walking Tour

504-503-0199

If you want to see the city in a unique way, a walking tour is a fun way to do it! The linked website offers various guided tours in the French Quarter and Garden District "from eerie grave sites, to stunning French and Spanish architecture, to the mysterious origins of voo-doo and the birthplace of jazz, each step of the Crescent City reveals a new discovery."

New Orleans Botanical Garden

New Orleans Botanical Garden

5 Victory Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70119

We may be bias, but we believe City Park is one of the most beautiful spots to be in all of New Orleans! Our wedding venue is located in the botanical gardens there & I can’t recommend exploring the area during the day-time enough. It is $10 to have access to tour the entire gardens for adults, $5 for children 3-12, and free for kiddos <3! In addition, City Park in general is a beautiful park to walk around, hop on a swan boat, get beignets at Cafe Du Monde, and enjoy all the beautiful New Orleans oak trees.
