Is there a dress code?
Answer
ANYTHING WHITE! Yes, you heard that right, you are supposed to wear white to this wedding! Dress in anything white from a sheet (like a toga) to reuse of wedding dresses. We encourage creativity and ask that you not buy anything new.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? Where should I park?
Answer
Please park by 8:30 am to beat us down the aisle. See picture above for a map of where to park and walk. Parking is available at Community Corners in front of Cayuga Diabetes and Endocrinology of CMA (905 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY 14850). Once you arrive at our house (1024 Hanshaw Road), walk down the driveway past the garage to our backyard. If you’re not up for a 5-10 minute walk, please be in touch via email and we’ll help you with other arrangements.

Answer
No. We kindly request you refrain from any gifts. Your presence (pun intended) is all we could ever want!

Please RSVP by June 15 - please bear in mind that our room block releases July 1.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, both the picnic and the breakfast will have plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have additional requirements, please be in touch with us by email before the end of July.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a date?
Answer
Yes, kids are welcome! We are working to keep our guest list small to accommodate our backyard wedding. If you would like to bring someone not indicated on your invitation, please reach out to us.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We are having a welcome picnic on Saturday for all guests. Please check out the schedule page for more information.

What time will the wedding finish on Sunday?
Answer
The wedding reception is scheduled to wrap up around noon.
