Will children be welcome?

We are so looking forward to celebrating with all of you on this special occasion and to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy this momentous day, we have made the decision to host a child-free event. While we adore and cherish the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to create an atmosphere of relaxation and celebration for all of our guests. We believe that this decision will allow everyone to unwind, socialize, and revel in the joy of the day without any concerns. We understand that this may impact some of your travel arrangements, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support in making our day as magical as possible. We promise that there will be plenty of laughter, dancing, and cherished memories to be shared by all.

I want to drive to the ceremony. Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Megan's parents have graciously allowed us to hold this momentous occasion at their family home; however, due to the event being held on a private property, we unfortunately do not have the parking accommodations needed on site for an event this size. Please plan to park your vehicle at one of the hotel parking lots and utilize the shuttle transportation to arrive on-site.

Will there be shuttle service to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes, we have arranged a shuttle service to begin delivering guests from the two hotel locations as well as the satellite lot at Lois Hornsby Middle School (850 Jolly Pond Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188). Shuttle service from the event will also be provided but does end before midnight.

What if I want to leave early?
Answer
Fortunately, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available to accommodate individual transportation needs.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Business casual is fine. We are throwing a 1970's era vintage-inspired wedding! Feel free to break out your favorite vintage chic attire to show off! Anything spring colored is preferred.
