Wedding guests can obtain our group rate by calling the reservation department at (980) 281-2080 and mentioning the Green/Kennedy Wedding. Please note that the special group rate will be available until October 12th, 2026 or until the room blocks sells out. Shuttles will pick up guests HERE to transport to wedding venue. Alternatively, guests may make reservations by clicking “view” If you wish to stay beyond the blocked dates, you may still obtain our group rate by calling rather than booking online.

In addition to the AC, wedding guests can obtain the group rate at The Hyatt by calling the reservation department at (980) 299-7123 and mentioning the Green/Kennedy Wedding. Please note that the special group rate will be available until October 30th, 2026 or until the room blocks sells out. Alternatively, guests may make reservations by clicking "view" Please note that this hotel is approximately .6 miles from the AC, where the welcome party will be hosted.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Kings Mountain by IHG

While we do not have a block of rooms at this hotel, this is a great option for those wanting to stay near the venue, if you choose to not stay in Charlotte. This hotel is located 4.6 miles from Veronet.

Flight

Charlotte Douglas International Airport

For those traveling, we highly recommend Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). It is a 28 mile drive, which is approximately 31 minutes from the venue, being the closest and most convenient option. Safe travels, and can't wait to see you!
