Cocktail For the ladies- a majority of the venue is outdoors on grass, maybe rethink the stilettos 😉.

Are kids allowed?

Yes! PSA for parents with kids at the wedding, Please, please, please supervise them at all times due to easy access to the river that runs next to the venue. We don’t want any falls, injuries, or near drownings of little ones or inebriated adults ;).

SpringHill Suites Boulder-Longmont: Booking Link: https://book.passkey.com/go/CurtisCramer SpringHill Suites Boulder-Longmont is just a short distance from the wedding venue, offering easy access to the weekend's festivities and a few local hot spots like Sugarbeet, Janie's Cafe, West Side Tavern, and a bunch of breweries. Guests that select to stay with this hotel will receive the discounted rate of $129 (King or Two Queen)+TAX along with free parking, free WiFi, free daily breakfast, and access to the on-site amenities such as pool, fitness center. NOTE: The discount rates are available from Thursday, September 18th to Sunday, September 21st and must be reserved by Wednesday, August 27th. If you would like to arrive early or depart late, please contact our Travel Coordinator (Help@EngagedSourcing.com) and reference the “Curtis-Cramer Wedding". Is there a shuttle service to the wedding?

Yes! We are providing shuttle transportation to and from our wedding for pick-up and drop-off for hotel block guests at the SpringHill Suites Longmont and Courtyard Longmont hotels (they are right next to each other ). **If you are planning on staying elsewhere, but want to use the hotel shuttle, you will be able to let us know when we send out RSVP’s and we can get a proper headcount of guests using the shuttles! They will be prioritized for hotel block guests, but may be available if there’s enough space for other guests. There will also be ample parking spots at our wedding venue if using rideshare app or rental car**.
