The deadline to book is July 6th, 2026 You are welcome to stay at other hotels in the area, but we encourage you to stay nearby as this is where our shuttle will pick up guests

The Chattanooga airport is the closest to our venue and is about a 25 minute ride to the La Quinta in Cleveland, TN
Shuttle
August 8, 2026 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We will have a shuttle available for transportation from the hotel to our venue. The shuttle will be available starting at 2pm and will run throughout the night until 9pm for guests that choose to linger as we say goodnight!
