Things to know when planning your visit: Charlotte is a neighborhood city that is pretty easy to navigate. We live near the NoDa neighborhood; the wedding is in the South End neighborhood; Uptown is in the middle and the light rail runs between.
Looking for places to stay? See the Travel page with hotel block information. There are lots of hotels Uptown for a range of prices and a variety of amenities. Or a short-term rental in the NoDa, South End or Plaza-Midwood neighborhoods. If you have questions, just reach out to us.
Getting around? If you are travelling in from out of town and don't plan on leaving the city, between the light rail, ride share and taxis you should be covered. There are lots of cool things to do and see in the surrounding area (Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Smokey Mountains, Chimney Rock are just a few), so if you are feeling adventurous rent a car and explore!
