Maid of Honor
Kiley has been my best friend since 2009. It all started in the fifth grade; more specifically, in the elevator. Kiley had just had knee surgery, and I was assigned as her elevator buddy. Our friendship went from movie days while she recovered, to pool parties every weekend. After elementary school, we went to different schools, however, we still hung out nearly every weekend, and during breaks we would spend literal weeks together (no really, mom begged me to come home). She has been by my side through anything and everything - a true soul sister. Through laughter, tears, and everything in between. I truly can’t imagine my life without her, let alone my wedding. Kiley has a special place in my heart, and therefore, she has a special place in my wedding party.
Co- Maid of Honor
Emma is my cousin, but as I’m sure you’ve heard, a sister. Growing up, she always wanted to be like me. She would always try to dress like me, order the same food as me, and would always go out of her way to sit next to me. While I once thought she was the most annoying thing to exist, I have grown to love her unconditionally. Whether getting in trouble together, going on road trips, or beach days and coffee runs, Emma is always down for whatever adventure I throw at her. She always supports me and my crazy ideas. Emma has a contagious smile, and huge heart. You will most likely find her lounging at a local beach or on the boat. I could not begin to imagine life without her.
Bridesmaid
Kez has been by my side through the many phases of my late teens and early twenties. Kez and I were both new to the Jeep community, and her and I connected instantly. The rest is history honestly. Kez and I share a passion for outdoors. Whether it is camping, trail riding, or the beach, she is always down for the adventure! Kez is one of a kind, a wanderlust with a free spirit, and I look up to her immensely. Kez has a heart for traveling and is always wandering somewhere new. It’s always a good time when Kez is in town! I am so thankful for our friendship and sisterhood.
Bridesmaid
Megan and I go way back to third grade. We instantly bonded over sharing a name. We always stayed close over the years. Megan and I were roommates in our first apartment. We have had so many good times and firsts together. I definitely got my decor taste from her. Megan and I also share the passion of outdoors, adventure, and line dancing together. Megan is the biggest sweetheart. She has supported me through the good and bad. I am thankful to have grown up with her. Megan grew up in the girl scouts, and is now the best nurse anyone could ask for. She has a love for traveling and seeking new places. Much love for Megan.
Bridesmaid
Kim has also been one of my closest friends since my late teens. She introduced herself to Kez and I at a Jeep event with open arms and an open heart. Year round, along side Kez, our time is spent camping, floating down rivers and springs, concerts, and having the best Halloween parties. She has always been someone I can turn to for advice, and will give you the shirt off her back in the time of need. Kim is always down for a good time, and you’ll most likely find her jamming to music on the beach or tagging along for a trail ride. Kim is here for the good vibes and I’m so blessed to have her as a sister and friend.
Best Man
Connor is in many ways the archetypal older brother, being as protective and encouraging as he is frustrating. He's always been the person that I looked up to and aspired to emulate, despite being in many ways my opposite. We have always had a close relationship, which speaks to Connor's persistence, given how difficult I have made it at times. In adulthood, Connor has become my closest friend and was the only choice to be the best man at my wedding.
Groomswoman
Maddie and I met through a mutual friend almost 9 years ago now. We have had an at times strange friendship, with Maddie being present for most of my more dramatic moments over the years and I have to give her credit for sticking with me through the most unbearable moments of my early twenties. Maddie is outgoing, funny and effortlessly cool, a loyal and empathetic friend. She has been one of my closest friends since we met, even if we frequently go eight months without talking.
Groomswoman
Anna is the matriarch of our friend group, a purveyor of friendship and a natural host. While we first met in TV production my freshman year of high school, we did not become friends until several years after graduation, where I met her again, along with Maddie, through a mutual friend. Anna was quick to make me a part of the friend group and introduce me to many of the people I now consider good friends. Through group game nights, marg nights and a defunct wedding bet with Anna and Maddie, she is a natural choice to have in my wedding party.
Groomswoman
Sydney was first Megan's friend since freshman year of high school, where she was always found supporting Megan at her softball games. Sydney and I connected the first time we met, not long after Megan and I started dating, and became fast friends. Sydney is spontaneous, outgoing, naturally funny, and always down for an adventure. I told Megan early on that if we ever got married, I was going to steal Syd for my side of my aisle, so no apologies.
Groomsman
We first met Brent at work, where he also works as a paramedic. Over the last several years, we've become close friends with him, bonding over shared workplace drama, the struggles of home ownership and a shared love of food. Kirk is one of the funniest people I know, he is authentically and unashamedly himself and is a committed and loyal friend. He is always available to help with no questions asked, or hang out until 5am on a Tuesday without reservation.
