Question

Do you have a shuttle?

Answer

We have a shuttle available to & from the wedding ceremony and reception that will pick up/drop off at The Presidential Mountain Resort & The Chandler Hotel. Bus pick up at both The Chandler Hotel and the PMR Cabins is at 4:15pm sharp! Pick up from reception at 10:30pm. Shuttle will drop off at The Chandler Hotel and PMR cabins only! You are welcome to take the shuttle from the reception only (and leave your car at the venue) we can work on getting you back to pick it up, the venue has no problem with you leaving your car. We like you – and want you to be safe! MASKS REQUIRED ON BOARD THE BUS (we will have some on hand as well)

Question

Is your wedding outside?

Answer

Our ceremony (weather pending) will be held outdoors as well as cocktail hour. Our reception will be held inside the very large , beautiful barn. NOTE: Masks are not required in NH for our wedding, however, if you feel more comfortable in a mask, we understand your decision.

Question

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We will be covering beer, hard seltzers and wine. Please bring cash to tip the bartenders!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot across the street from the venue. Parking attendants and event staff will assist in parking and shuttle for any guests in need of assistance.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, loosen it up! Basically keep it classy but comfortable :)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we are asking for no kids at our wedding (aside from those in the bridal parties). We want our wedding to be your night or weekend off! Even better, come up for the weekend and bring a built in babysitter for the evening off and spend time with the family after!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We likely accommodated a lot of these already with the menu selections. However, please reach out to us if you have a question.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once formal invitations are sent out, you can RSVP. Please RSVP online or the invitation provided by no later than July 16th

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit our Travel Tab to view hotel recommendations and any discounts for Harris/Gaedje guests.
