Travel Note
On-Site: Camp Ocean Pines Lodging
Includes two nights and four meals between Friday night and Sunday morning at an oceanside campground (meals include: Friday night dinner, Saturday morning brunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast). The lodging includes ten large cabins with hot water, electrical outlets, separate toilet and shower, and twin bunk beds to accommodate up to twelve people (Bedding not included, guests will need to bring their own pillow, sleeping bag, sheets, blanket, etc). Cabins are a short walk to the venue and parking is available on-site. Reservations and cabin preferences are on a first-come, first-served basis (There are only 85 spots available). Cost is $100 per adult for the weekend (price is negotiable). Bring some friends and make some friends! Cabin assignments will be created closer to the event and guests will have a choice of who to bunk with. This may be a good option if you are looking for an all-inclusive event to celebrate with us, socialize with other guests, and partake in local activities such as hiking, kayaking, and sight-seeing before and after the event. This lodging accommodation is a 14 minute drive from the venue and 50 minutes from the airport. There is a restaurant right next-door that serves breakfast called The Cow Tipper that is open from 7am to 12pm. The location is right next to the beach and offers a variety of lawn games to enjoy during your say. As well, it also offers AAA and senior discounts.
