Yes, please let us know when you RSVP in the messages section dietary restrictions.

How can I choose who will be in my cabin if I stay on-site?

Answer

Cabin assignments and arrangements will be created closer to the event. Fill out our survey when reserving your spot to let us know what your preferences are of cabin mates.

Can I wear something more casual?

Answer

Yes, Cocktail attire would be fine as we all formal wear. Feel free to dress how ever you would feel the most comfortable.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes parking is available on site. However, please be considerate of others by not taking up too much space or blocking people in when parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels for the party?

Answer

As of right now no, there will not be transportation to and from hotels. It may become available there is a high need for it. If you stay at Camp Ocean Pines, transportation will not be needed since you will be on-site. If you plan on staying off-site and need transportation support, please message us so we can connect you to local taxi services. As well, our recommendation is carpool with others.
