Matron of Honor
Sarah was the first real friend I made when we met in kindergarten. We bonded over silly songs and games that we invented ourselves as well as Disney days when we both had to have the window seat on the monorail. It's been amazing to grow up with her and I couldn't imagine my wedding without her!
Best Man
If you forget which man in the wedding party is the best man Evan, he will be the one with the deepest voice you have ever heard. Evan and Michael met in college and quickly became inseparable as they joined the rowing team and lived together at Clemson. While they live on different sides of the country, they never miss a beat whenever they do get together.
Bridesmaid
Ally has always been my closest cousin, both in age and in friendship. We shared many fun summers together growing up and now that we live closer, it's been so nice to hang out more often. Thank you for being my first friend since infancy and for standing beside me on my wedding day!
Groomsman
Patrick and Michael were randomly assigned roomates freshman year of college after Patrick's first roomate decided college was not for him. But as Bob Ross would say, this happy little accident turned into a beautiful little tree as Michael and Patrick have been best friends since.
Bridesmaid
Lynne and I were the best of neighborhood friends growing up. We met on the Colony swim team and spent so much of our lives walking over to each other's houses to hang out. Our combined family vacations were the best times. I'm so happy to have her by my side!
Groomsman
Wooten Dwydell Simpson III, or Trey as we call him. We met in college, lived on the same floor as freshman and ended up living together throughout college. It took a few years for us to realize how similar we are and found ourselves working in the same field of medical device as a career despite not overlapping too much in college.
Bridesmaid
Meeting Katherine was the best thing to happen to me in college. My UC Davis experience would not have been the same without her. Visiting her in Australia was so much fun and I feel so lucky that she is able to take time out of her amazing, exciting, wandering existence to join me on my wedding day!
Groomsman
Michael and Ryan met at Michael's first job at JNJ. He got to witness first hand the start of Michael and Megan (lucky!). Michael and Ryan spent many days working on projects together, but mostly showed up to work to get coffee at Starbucks across the street and play basketball after work.
Bridesmaid
Julianne and I became friends in high school and I immediately felt close with her. She and I got each other's weirdness and humor and had so much fun together. High school would have been a lot duller without her and I can't wait for her to celebrate with me!
Groomsman
Alex and Michael lived together in college and were probably the most dangerous duo of the housemates. Any pranks and mischief that occurred generally had Michael and Alex at the center of it.
