If you are looking to book a room that is outside of the 3 room types we currently have in our wedding block, please let us know so we can reach out to the resort on your behalf. This way you will be considered a part of the wedding block. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Guests will be charged a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due at the time of check-in. - You will receive a full refund of the deposit if you cancel your booking up to 45 days prior to check-in. - A 2-night penalty will be charged for cancellations from 45 days to 14 days prior to check-in. - The full price of the booked stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 weeks of check-in.

The bride and groom will be providing transportation services from Cancun National Airport to Unico upon your Arrival into Mexico. Please provide us with your arrival flight information once you book so we can arrange your transportation to the resort. You will be responsible for arranging your transportation from the hotel to the airport after checking out. Transportation (including your arrangements for returning to the airport from the resort) must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your arrival at the property.
