Dressy Casual
For people not familiar with Montana weather, it’s best to prepare for everything. It could be a warm, crisp autumn day or it could be cold and rainy, or it could be snowing. Hell, you might see all three of those weather scenarios in 24 hours.
We are planning for an outdoor ceremony and an outdoor dance floor if the weather allows. If we aren’t so lucky, the ceremony and entire reception, including dancing will be indoors with plenty of space for people to move around.
Kids are welcome providing parents maintain responsibility over them. We realize people may be traveling in for this and it’s not always possible to leave your child with a babysitter or relative for that long. But we ask that you please keep a close eye on your kids so they don’t disrupt other guests or wander off on the ranch.
Kwa’tuk’nuk and Red Lion Inn are both in Polson. They are about 15-20 minutes from the venue. We will provide shuttle service. If you choose to drive, please note that the Highway from Ronan to Polson can be a dangerous stretch of road in terms of animals. We also encourage you to use the shuttle if you are choosing to drink. There are usually several state troopers between Ronan and Polson and we don’t want a DUI to be your one of your wedding favors.
There is parking at the venue. And if you enjoy a few adult beverages too many, you can leave your vehicle on the property until the following morning. Just pick it up by 9.
Yes, we will make every effort to accommodate for food allergies or restrictions. When you RSVP, just note your preference so we can notify our caterer.
Yes! We will have a bus that can make multiple trips. The bus seats up to 30 people at a time. We plan on making stops at both the Red Lion and Kwatuknuk Resort. You can also drive your own vehicle, as there is ample parking. Just drink responsibly if you plan on driving!
We will have an open bar for beer, wine, seltzers, as well as a couple cocktail options.
