What is the high level schedule?

Tuesday - Hotel - Generally stay where you like. B+M will be at the Inn at the Presidio with her parents and Ann Rost. Join there or the Presidio Lodge nearby if interested. - 5-8:30pm 25th - Meet for drinks/apps at Colibri Mexican Bistro (Low key hangut/Not catered/self pay) Wednesday - 8:30-10:30am - Ceremony at SF City Hall 4th floor balcony plus time for photos (Don’t be late! :) )* - Noon-5pm - Lunch at Pelican Inn - 5pm-onward - Hangout at Pelican Inn/Muir Beach nearby. Looking into whether we can do a firepit/smores on Muir Beach at sunset at 6pm - Dinner is available at the Pelican Inn for anyone but it’s not catered/self-pay - Hotel FYI - Brandon and megan, all parents, and siblings, will stay at the Pelican Inn. The Inn is small so it’s already at max capacity with just the immediate family. See notes on transportation from Inn back to SF.

How can I get transported to/from the Pelican Inn from City Hall?

Ubers TO the Pelican Inn from City Hall are easy to get. However Ubers from the Pelican Inn back to SF are hard to get as it’s remote. Where should I stay?
Answer
Stay where you are comfortable with your space and budget. Ubers and Waymos to the presidio are typically $20 and very easy to get in and around SF. They, however, not easy to get around Pelican Inn on the 26th. Recommended: Megan and Brandon are staying at the Inn at the Presidio the night of the 25th, as will be a few other folks (Megan's Parents, Ann Rost). Rates are around $600/night. There is a wine and cheese hour at the firepit at this hotel right after check in. The Presidio Lodge is across the lawn of the Inn and their rates start at $350+park fees and taxes per night for queen (with view of GG bridge). Other hotel options that are safe nearby the Presidio: 1. Infinity Hotel San Francisco by Hilton ($180/night) 2. Marriott Vacation Club Fisherman’s Wharf 3. The Laurel Inn on California. 4. The Proper Hotel -- Super nice and close to city hall with chic rooftop though be careful walking in the neighborhood. Don’t stay near the tenderloin, union square north of market, or van ness for safety. Megan can gut check hotels for you. Wherever you decide to stay please let Megan and Brandon know. We did not "block" any rooms. These are all just suggestions. If you are single person coming in and want to share a hotel room, let Megan know and she can match make. Free places to stay: Brandon and Megan's apartment at 1534 Hayes St in SF has 2 couches and 2 twin air mattresses if folks want to use those. Kerin and Ben's house at 1056 Helen Ct in Petaluma sleeps 7. The night of the 26th, Megan and Brandon and immediate family only will stay at the Pelican Inn. No additional rooms are available. Everyone else will need to stay back in SF or wherever you prefer.
