Question
Are children invited?
Answer
Absolutely - we want our loved ones at our wedding! We understand that finding childcare can be tough, especially for our guests coming in from out of state. Because everyone has a unique circumstance, we wanted to leave the decision of whether or not to bring your kids up to you :) Please note, however, that the wedding does go quite late and might not be the most suitable or exciting event for young children.

How should we address the couple?
Answer
Neither of us will be changing our last names, so Meghan Riegel and David Gilmour is just fine! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
As the wedding is in a working public library, the wedding start time is unfortunately dictated by the hours of the building. Fall hours should be set very soon and we will be able to let you know the exact start time by early September. It will not start before 6PM or after 7PM. Guests will be allowed to arrive about 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Is parking available?

There is no parking at the Free Library, but there is a public paid parking lot around the corner on Callowhill St. If you are staying at the hotel, we highly recommend you park there and walk or take the shuttle!

Is Transportation Provided?
Answer
Yes! While the venue is quite close to the hotel, we will have a school bus to do a couple of loops between the Sheraton and the Free Library before and after the event.

Where is the hotel block?
Answer

What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
The wedding is black-tie optional! Please note that the reception will be outdoors on the rooftop of the Library, so dress accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please specify dietary restrictions in your RSVP in the designated section and at the event, remind your server.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! See the schedule tab. We will be having a welcome party at City Tap on Thursday at 8pm where light bites will be provided. On Saturday, we will be meeting up at a local brewery, but please don't hesitate to take advantage of all the great tourism options the city has to offer.
