What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Montana weather can be unpredictable in April! You can expect cool spring weather. The average temperature for Livingston in early April is 40 - 50 degrees. Dress warm!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we love your kids, we are holding an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. While our little nephews who are in the wedding will be in attendance, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While the reception will be indoors, the ceremony is planned to be outdoors weather permitting. If there is inclement weather, we will move the ceremony indoors.

Think dresses/jumpsuits and suit/tie or a sports coat. We want you to be comfortable and to keep warm!

Should we bring a gift to the venue?

Answer

We are not expecting gifts at our wedding, the best gift is that you are making the investment to celebrate with us. If you still feel like bringing a gift, we will have a small area for gifts at the venue. We also have our registry on this website where you can have gifts delivered to our home.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a bunch of great options in paradise valley to stay and enjoy your time, see the travel page for some ideas. The Fairfield Inn (Marriott) in town is 20 minutes from the venue and is a newer hotel than some of the other options listed. Chico is a fun rustic resort centered around the hot springs which are anticipated to be closed during our wedding weekend unfortunately. Saturday night we are planning to hang out at the Chico Saloon which might make a Chico stay convenient after a night in the saloon. Sage lodge is absolutely stunning and worth popping into the lobby for a view or a drink in their bar even if you don't choose to stay but it is upscale lodging as far as pricing goes. There are multiple great options on Airbnb and VRBO in the area as well.
