McMenamins Gearhart
The McMenamins Gearhart Hotel has three restaurants. The Sand Trap Pub is on the main floor right when you walk in and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Pot Bunker Bar is our favorite and is tucked away on the bottom floor with a roaring fire and nice selection of games. Lastly, the Sand Bar is nestled between sand dunes and the rolling hills of the golf course. Bring your putter and get a few strokes in after your meal.
Daughter's Wine Bar
We love this cute wine bar in Gearhart. They have an amazing selection of wine, delicious appetizers and such a fun vibe inside, with a beautiful patio.
Ruby's Roadside Grill
Our favorite chicken strips in the world and a must stop for us every time we go to the beach! Ruby's has amazing chicken, burgers, fries and more!
The Pacific Way Bakery & Cafe
Pacific Way is a Gearhart staple. The Bakery is known for a line out the door in the mornings and the best pastries in town. If you are wanting to grab lunch or dinner, the cafe is the perfect spot. With a seafood forward and seasonally driven and farm-to-table menu you will never have a meal don't love! They recommend reservations for dinner.

The neighborhood gift shop and espresso bar. They have great coffee, a selection of daily baked goods, and gelato!

Haystack Rock
A stunning 235-foot sea stack rising from the shoreline, Haystack Rock is one of Oregon’s most iconic natural landmarks. Located on the scenic Cannon Beach, it offers breathtaking views, tide pools teeming with marine life, and unforgettable sunsets. Note: Cannon Beach has several public beach access points, and limited street parking is available nearby. We recommend arriving early, especially on weekends, to find a good spot and enjoy a leisurely walk to the rock.
