When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by 12th July 2026. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalise all the details and ensure everything is perfect for the big day. If we don't receive your RSVP by then, we'll assume you're unable to attend.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 12:30pm, around an hour before the ceremony begins, where you will be able to grab a drink at the bar and relax. There will be staff members on hand at the venue reception to guide you to the ceremony in the main house. We recommend arriving in good time so that you can settle in before everything begins.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love for our day to feel extra special, so our dress code is black tie optional. Feel free to dress up in formal attire: tuxedos, suits, evening or cocktail dresses are all perfect choices. We want you to feel comfortable and confident while celebrating with us. We kindly ask you to avoid jeans on this occasion.

While we love your little ones, we've decided to make our wedding an adults only celebration. We hope this gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the day with us!

Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking available if you plan to arrive to the venue by car.

Are there recommended taxi companies for getting to and from the venue?
Answer
Taxis are available at your convenience and you can easily arrange one to and from the venue. We recommend booking in advance if possible, especially for the end of the evening. Jet cars Richmond: 01748 554 433 or Amalgamated Taxis: 01748 825 112 are both local reliable taxi companies which we would recommend using.

What should we get as a wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to give something, we would greatly appreciate a contribution via bank transfer or cash towards our honeymoon in 2027. Our wedding bank account details are: Account number: 20015863 Sort code: 11-03-91.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate this special day with the people closest to us. Due to limited space at our venue, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional plus ones, unless they are specifically named. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are there any colours guests should avoid wearing?
Answer
Apart from white, wear whatever makes you feel fabulous! We're not fussed if you wear burgundy & light pink (our bridal party colours), but if you'd rather avoid matching the bridal party, those are the colours to steer clear of.
