We have secured discounted hotel room blocks at two Hilton hotels located just a few hundred feet from each other for your convenience. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Doylestown is where the bride and groom will be staying and will also host our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Drinks. The second hotel in our room block is the Hampton Inn Doylestown, just a short walk away. A complimentary shuttle service will run between both hotels and the wedding venue, providing transportation to and from the celebration. We strongly encourage guests to book within the hotel block and use the booking link on our website or enter the provided discount code to receive the special wedding rate. Rooms are available for Thursday and Friday nights on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing guests to book one or two nights as needed. The room block expires on May 18, 2026, after which discounted rates are not guaranteed. All reservations are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival, with no deposit required at the time of booking. June is an especially busy time in the Philadelphia area due to major events, including the FIFA World Cup and the City of Philadelphia’s 250th Anniversary, so we strongly recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Please note that this hotel is not included in our wedding room block, but it is conveniently located near the venue. Transportation shuttle service will not be provided by the bride and groom for guests who choose to stay at this hotel. Guests selecting this accommodation will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

Shuttle from Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn to and from Spring Mill Manor

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for our guests on the day of the wedding. A black shuttle clearly labeled “Pender Wedding Shuttle” will run between the Homewood Suites by Hilton Doylestown, Hampton Inn Doylestown, and Spring Mill Manor, providing convenient transportation to and from the venue. Shuttle service will begin at 5:15 PM and continue through 12:15 AM. We strongly encourage guests staying within the hotel block to take advantage of the shuttle and plan accordingly.

Philadelphia International Airport

There are several airports in the surrounding area; however, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the largest and most convenient option for travel to the wedding. PHL is located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Doylestown and offers the widest selection of nonstop and connecting flights.

A smaller, regional airport located approximately 45 minutes from Doylestown. TTN is typically less crowded and may be a convenient option for travelers flying in from select cities with limited routes.
