Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Spring Mill Manor, located at 171 Jacksonville Road, Ivyland, PA 18974. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2026. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, there is no need to call or notify the bride or groom. Venue staff will graciously escort you to a separate area once the ceremony has concluded.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We will provide accommodations to keep guests comfortable in the summer heat, including refreshments and cooling measures. In the event of inclement weather, event staff will guide guests indoors for an indoor ceremony. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. For those wearing heels, please note that there is very little grass, if any, and the outdoor walkways are fully paved.
Yes. For guests driving to the venue, free on-site parking is available in a large parking lot at Spring Mill Manor. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight if they choose to take a taxi or ride-share home after the celebration.

We have secured room blocks at two nearby hotels for our guests. Hotel details, including reservation links and block codes, can be found on the Travel page of our wedding website. For your convenience, shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotels and the venue. Additional shuttle details will be shared closer to the wedding date. Both the ceremony and reception spaces are fully wheelchair accessible.
The room block ends on May 18, 2026. If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway, they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
If you are staying at or departing from either hotel within our wedding room block, private shuttle service will be provided beginning at 5:00 PM and will run through midnight, transporting guests to and from the venue. Shuttles will be clearly labeled “Pender Wedding Shuttle.” Shuttle will also remain on standby at the venue throughout the evening for any guests who wish to return to the hotel before the reception concludes.

Our goal is to ensure all guests feel comfortable and well fed throughout the celebration.
We have a small registry available on our wedding website for those who wish to give a gift. As we do not require many physical items, a monetary gift or contribution to our honeymoon fund would be sincerely appreciated. A link to our honeymoon fund can be found on our wedding website under the “Registry” tab.
