What precautions are being taken for covid/safety?

We will keep yo updated on our website regarding steps being taken to keep everyone safe! We promise to keep all informed, but also understand if you feel uncomfortable and will decide to celebrate from afar!

WHAT ARE THE ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS?

Answer

Linekin Bay Resort has a mix of beautifully renovated lodges with single rooms, multi room cabins to more rustic cabins. In an effort to fit everyone comfortably Courtney & Mike will be assigning rooms to keep friends and family together and in the same area. The cost per night ranges from $250.00 - $350.00. We have reserved all rooms for friday/Saturday, but if you plan to come up on Thursday you will need to call and book your accommodation for Thursday night! If you have questions or requests please email cmreev@gmail.com.

HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM?

Answer

Room assignments will be completed by Courtney & Mike on June 1st. At that time, you can begin calling Linekin Bay to reserve and pay for your room. Please call them directly at (207) 633-2494. The front desk will tell you what room (or cabin) you are assigned to. If you are staying in a cabin with multiple rooms only one person needs to call and reserve/pay for the room. Please book your room by July 1, 20121. Our exclusive use of the property is only Friday to Sunday. Linekin Bay will re-open Sunday night (09.02) room registration to the public on July 1st. If you want to stay Sunday night or Thursday Aug 26th you must call and book before July 1st.

HOW DO I GET TO LINEKIN BAY RESORT?

Answer

The address is 92 Wall Point Rd, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538. The good news is that once onsite all events and activities will be at Linekin Bay Resort! The closest airports are Portland, Maine (1 Hour and 15Min) and Boston Logan (3 hours). We recommend renting a car at the airport.

SHOULD I COME EARLY ON THURSDAY AND/OR STAY SUNDAY NIGHT?

YES!!! The bride and groom will be staying Wed- Sunday night. We know Boothbay Harbor is not close to many of our guests and encourage you to extend your stay! There will be fun activities that you don't want to miss! If you do plan to come Thursday, please call and book your accommodations for Thursday night, as we did not reserve rooms for Thursday!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

This is an 21+ plus party! We hope all of you will enjoy a weekend get away!

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DRESS CODE?

Answer

Dress code for the wedding is summer cocktail. For men, we're thinking suits (tie optional), and for women, a summery cocktail dress. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. For other events, dress is casual. Keep in mind that in can get chilly at night in Maine so you may want some long sleeves or shawl for s'mores around the fire pit portion of the evening.

ARE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AVAILABLE?

Breakfast is included for on-sight guests and is served buffet-style from 7:30am – 9:30am. You have the option for lunch at the on-site restaurant and bar, The Deck Bar & Grill. You also are welcome to have food and beverage in your lodge/cabins!

If your invitation says, "and Guest," then yes. If not, please come without a date

IS THERE DINING ON SITE?

Yes, The Deck Bar & Grill will be open for lunch and dinner Thursday + Friday and lunch on Saturday. Breakfast is included in all room packages and will be served in the Main Lodge each morning between 730am-930am.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Answer

Besides wedding attire, active wear, bathing suit, beach towel, and stock up with snacks and booze at the local Hannaford!

SUGGESTIONS TO BREAK UP THE LONG DRIVE

Answer

We strongly suggest taking a pit stop in Wiscasset, which is an adorable coastal town about 45 minutes away from Boothbay Harbor! Be prepared to wait in line at Red's Eats for the best lobster roll you'll ever have!!! You know it is good if Mike is willing to wait in line!

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE OFFERED AT LINEKIN BAY RESORT?

The old sailing camp is equip with every activity imaginable! Kayaking, Paddleboarding, canoeing, sailing (extra fee), lawn games, biking, heated salt water pool, restaurant/bar, pickle ball/tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard and board games!
