She’s the life of the party and always ready to throw one, and I’ve had the honor (and occasional concern) of joining her on coast-to-coast adventures. Life with Alicia is never boring, always a little chaotic, and completely unforgettable.

I met Stephanie around 2010 up in Onawa, and I’ll admit—her RBF had me fooled at first. But behind that tough exterior is one of the kindest, most genuine people I know. She’s always up for an adventure—river days, side-by-sides, or Casey Donahue concerts that tend to involve questionable life choices. And if you need the truth? Steph will give it to you straight—no sugarcoating, ever.

Kendra Lee—honestly, I’ve known her so long I don’t even remember a time she wasn’t around. Our friendship started way back when her mom babysat my brother and me, and her house quickly became my second home. Her family is basically my family, whether they signed up for me or not. We didn’t go to the same school and we don’t talk every day, but she’s still the sister my parents didn’t give me. I had the honor of standing by her side six years ago, and I’m also lucky enough to be the godmother to her firstborn—so clearly, I’m not going anywhere. Now it’s her turn to stand by me.
Katelyn Houser

Katelyn Houser is truly one of a kind. I met her through Rodney, and honestly, we still joke that she’s more Rodney’s friend than Eric (his college roomie)… mainly because Eric never answers his phone. So if you need to reach them, just call Katelyn—she’s the real MVP. Katelyn is the planner of all planners. If there’s a party, she’s already planned it, color-coded it, and made sure everything matches perfectly—including this wedding. If something looks good tonight, just know… Katelyn had something to do with it. She’s funny, kind, and somehow keeps all of us organized—which is not an easy job. And on top of all that, she’s also the proud mom of Tucker, the cutest little blonde-haired ring bearer you’ll ever see (seriously, he might steal the show).
Anisia Carney

Anisia and I met through Rodney, and we instantly bonded over being nurses—and our slightly twisted nurse sense of humor. The kind of humor that gets you through long night shifts and probably shouldn’t be shared in public… but here we are. She’s the kind of friend who always has your back, keeps you laughing, and reminds you that if you can survive night shift together, you’re friends for life

Ohh Fish… where do we even start with this guy? He’s definitely a character. If you’re looking for a quick, witty comeback, Fish is your guy—whether you asked for it or not. Fish and I go way back—from being each other’s prom dates one year when we didn’t have any, to our 4H days at Westfair. So yes, we’ve been through a lot together… and somehow, we’re both still here. Back when I was on the singles market, Kyle had one go-to line: “Have you met Rodney?” And somehow, that introduction worked out pretty well. So really, we might have Fish—to thank for all of this today… which is both impressive and slightly concerning. 😄

Chris is Crystal’s younger brother, so let’s be honest… he didn’t really have a choice in being part of the wedding party. According to his sister, he was voluntold. But in all seriousness, Rodney is pretty excited—after all these years, he finally gets a brother out of the deal. And Chris, whether you signed up for it or not, you’re stuck with us now. 😄

Eric Houser and Rodney go way back—they were college roommates, so they’ve truly been through all the things. And if you know anything about college roommates… you know that says a lot. But let’s be honest, if it weren’t for Katelyn, there’s a good chance these two wouldn’t still be friends today. She’s really the one keeping that relationship alive… so we all owe her a big thank you. 😄
Colton Radford

Colton Radford and Rodney go way back—he’s basically his brother from another mother. And if you know Colton, you know he’s always going to say exactly what’s on his mind… whether you’re ready for it or not. As the proud dad of all girls, it definitely shows—he’s got that perfect mix of tough and soft whether he likes it or not. And if you’re ever looking for him, there’s a good chance he’s either got an ice-cold beer in hand or is out enjoying a day at the lake. 😄
Logan Good

Logan and Rodney go way back—they grew up together, so there are probably way too many stories we could tell… but we’ll keep it appropriate. Logan is always down for a good time—whether it’s a tropical vacation, a fishing trip, or a competitive card night at someone’s house. Basically, if it involves fun, Logan’s already in.
