Laney is not only Makenna’s Maid of Honor but her sister and best friend. Laney has been through everything with Makenna and was instrumental in the proposal, although she was probably more stressed for the actual day than Zach was. Laney has been Makenna’s biggest supporter throughout their lives and there is no one better to stand by her side on this special day.
Olumide
Best Man
From dancing at The Bear to being roommates, Olu has always been there as a best friend, a wingman, or a kick in the butt when Zach needs it. Although they don’t see each other often any more, a quick call can turn into hours on the phone catching up. If there’s one person Zach can always count on it’s Olu.
Carly
Bridesmaid
Carly and Makenna became friends over their trip to Barcelona in their MBA program, but truly became best friends when Carly moved in with Makenna and Zach in the summer of 2019. Despite their difference in height and athletic ability, Makenna and Carly are practically the same person. Although Carly lives in Australia, the two are still incredibly close and can’t wait to be reunited for the wedding!
Adam

If Zach could have two best men, Adam would be one of them. Adam and Zach have known each other since high school and have been there for each other through it all. From cars to golf carts there’s no telling what trouble these two will get into.
Stacey

Stacey and Makenna also met each other in their MBA program at St. Mary’s and became friends over multiple projects together. Stacey, Carly and Makenna became close friends in Barcelona where they truly made the most of their time abroad. Stacey is always there for Makenna, with a glass of wine and amazing advice.
Diego
Groomsman
Although they’ve only known each other for just over a year, you’d never suspect it after seeing their friendship. Whether it’s over wine or Diplomatico, these two will talk for hours.
Camila

Camila and Makenna have known each other for over 20 years and now live together. Their friendship has lasted the test of time and are now both planning weddings together over glasses of wine and Pinterest boards. They have seen each other through the difficult times and times of celebration and can’t wait to celebrate all of the amazing experiences of 2021 together!
Brad
Groomsman
Zach and Brad met under unlikely circumstances; in a cultural anthropology class taught by a vegan. Since then they have started a podcast together and are very competitive on the golf course. If you don’t know him for his voice, you’ll know him for his beard.
Molly

Molly and Makenna met through Molly’s husband Sal when Sal and Makenna were in grad school. Over the last few years, the couples have become close, bonding over their love for their fur babies, good wine and movie nights. Not only are they great friends but their dogs are the best of friends!
Sal
Groomsman
Although Sal was Makenna’s friend first, Zach and Sal bonded quickly over their love for good beer, golf and their dogs. If they’re not out on the golf course, they’re at home watching the Mandalorian or talking about fantasy football over a craft IPA.
Kimi

Makenna has known Kimi since she was two days old and has watched her and Laney grow into the beautiful women that they are. Kimi has always been like another sister to Makenna so it was only fitting to include her in the big day!
Marco
Groomsman
Zach and Marco met at Chico State through their friend group “The Ballers”. A typical conversation between these two is usually about the newest Reggaeton songs, the crazy X-Rays they’ve seen, and video games.
