We know guests will be traveling from all over so we've set up a hotel block at a nearby hotel. We will be having a small after party at the hotel bar if anyone wants to join or feel free to use the use the pool or lounge area throughout your stay. If more hotel rooms are needed, please let us know as we can work with the hotel to secure more rooms! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need other recommendations!

Use the link below to book your room through our room block. Rooms are either 1 King Bed or 2 Queen beds. Cut off date for the block is September 22nd, 2021. If the all reserved rooms are taken, please reach out to Makenna at 925-726-1545 as we can work with the hotel to get more! Please let us know if you would like to take the shuttle to and from the venue, so we can make sure to have enough transportation. There is also plenty of parking at the venue if you'd prefer to drive.
