What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at Château Lill at 4:00pm. The Wedding Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Will the Wedding have a Dress Code?
Answer
Yes, our dress code is Formal Attire (Black Tie Optional). We want you to look and feel your best! Men: A nice black suit with a tie is appropriate, but a tuxedo is also acceptable. Dark suits are generally considered more formal. Light colored suits are also appropriate for a summer garden wedding. Women: A floor-length gown is appropriate, but a nice cocktail dress past knee length or dressy separates are also acceptable. Think sophisticated, elevated summer garden dinner party! Dress to the nines!

What will the weather be like in Washington?
Answer
July is our warmest month here and you can expect beautiful sunny summer weather! The average 'high' for temperatures at the end of July ranges from 75°F to 79°F (24°C - 26°C) but can get up to the mid 80°'s. Mornings can sometimes be slightly chillier in the high 60°'s. The ceremony will be at 4:30pm- outdoors in a grassy lawn, with a Cocktail Hour and Reception following. The Reception will also be outdoors under a covering, so please plan accordingly. There will be access to indoor restrooms, indoor mingle areas with A/C and several shaded areas throughout the grounds. Please also keep in mind, since we are so far up north, the sun doesn't set until around 9pm at night!

Answer
Yes, there is ample parking for all of our guests at Chateau Lill, the venue where both the ceremony and reception will be taking place.
