We met in July of 2017 and had our first date at one of Connor's favorite restaurants, Hacienda on the Lake in Mission Viejo, CA. We hit it off and enjoyed early dates like going to Disneyland, the OC Fair and a weekend cruise to Mexico. We both knew early on that this was something special. 8 months into dating we moved to Seattle, WA to start a new adventure together! We enjoyed city living and being in the heart of the action. Exploring our new home together was so much fun! We spent several days walking over to Pike Market and checking out events at the Space Needle. Setting up a home together in a studio apartment and spending weekends exploring Washington definitely helped us fall further in love. At the beginning of 2020, we adopted Ohana and our lives were forever changed! Ohana truly became a family member. Ohana needed a friend (of course) so 2 years later Tiki was rescued and joined the family! Being cat parents was a fun new chapter for us. We loved it so much that for Christmas in 2023, Connor surprised Angela with a new kitten named Skipper! Our nights now consist of watching a show together cuddled on the couch and watching Skipper, Ohana and Tiki play and get fiesty. :) Our favorite memories together have been taking ferry rides to different Washington Islands, going to Canada and Brazil, walking to our neighborhood breweries, enjoying the different seasons and making amazing friends. On Valentine's day 2024, in a secluded Treehouse cabin in the forest, Connor proposed! Ohana had the ring around her collar and it was everything Angela could have ever wanted and more! Through establishing a new life in a new state, several new jobs, fostering dogs together, a couple health hiccups, a Pandemic!! and creating our little family with our pets, we feel truly blessed to have found each other. So in July, as an homage to the month we met, we'll be saying 'I do' and starting our next chapter together! We will be honored to have you there to celebrate with us!
