What is an "I Do BBQ"?

Answer

It is a cookout where we are celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary with our close family and friends - finally!

What precautions are you taking in light of COVID?

Answer

We are asking those who are not vaccinated to get tested 24 hours before the party. If you choose not to get tested, we will ask that you wear a mask. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you please stay home.

What should I wear?

Answer

Casual attire! Feel free to wear jeans, shorts, or a spring dress. Whatever you feel comfortable in. Keep in mind that most of the event will be held outside in the grass, so dress accordingly.

What will be served?

Answer

TACOS! Beer, wine, and dessert will also be served.. PLEASE let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions!

Should I bring anything?

You're welcome to bring a drink(s) to share if you'd like, but don't feel obligated to do so!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

No later than March 1st! Please let us know either way.

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

No ceremony. We were already married on April 4th, 2020. This is a celebration of our 2 Year Anniversary!

Will there be music and dancing?

Answer

Heck yes! We will have music playing from a pre-made playlist. Bring comfy shoes to dance in!

What is the venue like?

Answer

The party will be held at our house! There will be pop-up canopies in the backyard for some shelter, if necessary. Most of the event will be held outside, although guests can move about the house. There are two restrooms to use inside the house.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is available all throughout the neighborhood and surrounding streets. Depending on where, you may need to walk just a little. PLEASE do not block anyone's driveway. DO NOT park in the cul-de-sac on Potomac Dr. You can park in front of it though (follow the signs!). We highly request that you CARPOOL, if you can! It will allow for more available and closer parking for everyone.
