Question

How are we getting to Martha's Vineyard?

Answer

The ferry departs from Woods Hole, Massachusetts about every 75 minutes, from 6am to 9:45pm. Not all ferries will arrive in Vineyard Haven, which is walking distance to the rental, so please be mindful of the ferry schedule to check for arrival location. (https://www-steamship-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/versioned_downloadable_schedules/path/mv09082022to10192022.pdf) If you are not bringing a car, you can purchase tickets at Woods Hole or reserve tickets online for your departure. There are three separate parking lots located in Cataumet (Rt 28A), Palmer Ave Lot (286 Palmer Ave Falmouth, MA) or the Thomas B. Landers Lot (22 Technology Park Dr. East Falmouth, MA). It is $13 per day to leave your car in the lot. There are free shuttles from each of the parking lots directly to the ferry terminal in Woods Hole. Face coverings are currently required on all shuttles per state orders. (https://www.steamshipauthority.com/visitors/parking) If you would like to bring your car over the island, you will need to reserve your passage ahead of time. These spots are limited, so please book your passage soon! You will need to pay for your ticket and the cost of bringing your car over. You are not required to purchase a ticket for children under 4!

Do we have to stay at the rental house?

Answer

You certainly do not need to stay at the rental house, although the rental house has plenty of space to accommodate our out of town guests!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We encourage you to bring your littles for the weekend, but we have arranged for babysitters to make the evening fun for them during our reception on Saturday. This way both you and your kids will enjoy themselves. The house is fully equipped for children, with plenty of space and toys/games/books for them!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Guests will be able to select their own starter, salad, main and dessert from a pre-selected menu. Please let our waiter know if you have any allergies, as all meals will be prepared to order at the restaurant.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered. We have all that we need already, it is truly your presence this weekend that means more to us than any gift could. Please just enjoy yourself and make memories this weekend!
