Question

When do I need to book?

Answer

Once you RSVP, you can book right away. We are working with a travel agent to handle all of your individual travel needs and requirements. It is best to put a deposit down as soon as you can to ensure you get the flights and room you want ! We have seen some great deals online and they may be lower than what Wendy has quoted you- no problem. Just screenshot the price you see and send to her and she can price match right away for you!

When should I arrive?

Answer

That is completely up to you and your schedule! We will be there from Thursday October 29th and are flying home on Monday November 2nd. Please feel free to arrive and depart any time you please as long as you are there for the wedding celebration on Saturday October 31st- Halloween!

is there a dress code for the resort?

Answer

Yes, there is. Certain areas of the resort are casual and others require a more formal attire. Casual: Long shorts &/or capri pants, sneakers/tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men. Women must wear a swimsuit wrap or cover-up. Formal: Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.

What should I wear for the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the beach so plan to dress in beach cocktail attire. There will be a shoe check so you can go barefoot if you wish! Cocktail hour will begin directly following the ceremony and then we will continue celebrating with dinner and dancing! We will provide fun masks and easy costume additions for you to join in on the Halloween festivities!

How much is this going to cost?

Answer

We want to give you advance notice of what this will cost approximately per person. These costs will vary based off time of booking, your travel dates, room type, and flights. This resort offers many room types including swim outs, preferred clubs and suites. There are also options for non stop flights that will change this price. All rooms are based on double occupancy. Please discuss these options with Wendy when you book your travel. If you find lower pricing online, you can screen shot what you found and send to Wendy and she will price match for you! 3 nights- $2200 per room ($1100 per person) and up 4 nights- $2800 per room ($1400 per person) and up 5 nights- $3400 per room ($1700 per person) and up Note that this price includes airfare, transfers to/from the airport, room, all food and top shelf beverages, wifi, taxes & gratuities. The only thing you would be spending additional money on is if you wanted to book any excursions for yourself. This price is ALL INCLUSIVE :)

What if I cant make it to Mexico?

Answer

You will be missed! However we completely understand. We understand this is big ask price wise as well as taking time off work etc. If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly

How do I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

When you arrange your travel and accommodations with Wendy, our travel agent, you will have your transportation included as a part of your package to bring you to and from the airport and hotel.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP online as soon as you know if you can make it or not. The deadline to RSVP is July 31 2020.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We can accommodate special diets if you have special requirements, please just contact us ahead of time.
