If you have any questions that are not here, please feel free to text me. It may take me 1-3 business days to get back to you however.
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM, so we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time. If you arrive late, there may be a chance you have to stand in the back with the bears.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

When we send out our invite, it will have a more firm date on when to RSVP by.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this date night on us! Any children invited will be listed by name on the RSVP/invitation. On the save the date it will either have their names or will be addressed to the family. ˙ᵕ˙

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we can't make exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

On a scale of 80's office worker to Lady Gaga, we would like y'all to be somewhere along the lines of Steve Harvey. Honestly just don't wear jeans or shorts and you're good.

Question

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please! This is important in the planning process as we finalize ceremony seating and dinner at the reception. If we do not get an RSVP back by the deadline we provide on your invite, it will be marked as "decline". Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We are excited to see all your wonderful faces for our big day!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request to have an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We hired an INCREDIBLE team of professional photographers who will be taking lots of photos during the night. After the ceremony you can take as many photos as you'd like.

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it.

Question

Can I smoke/vape?

Answer

The venue requests that you only smoke in approved smoking areas outside of the venue. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, as the squirrels will get at them and the venue has gone through great lengths to get them to stop smoking.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in the gravel lot. We would advise somewhere near the venue, and not in the woods.

Question

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

While we love that everyone wants to get turnt, our venue has a strict rule on no liquor. We will have plenty of beer, cider, and wine. Please don't sneak in your own alcohol, as you could get removed from the venue. Thanks!
