You MUST reserve your Room by 7/23/2026 to have a room, but to be sure you can book one of our reserved rooms, we recommend booking earlier. They do have pet friendly rooms available for booking if you would like to bring a pet on your travels. Rooms can fit up to 4 people if you wish to split the room costs, just be sure to ask for a room with a double bed.

(BWI) Baltimore/Washington International

Also known as Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). This is the closest and usually cheapest airport to fly into for the wedding. Cheapest costs are usually achievable when you book about 3 to 1.5 months out from the date (i.e. mid May-beginning of July) Average (low) costs for a roundtrip flight from St. louis to BWI is around 150-250$ round trip. Track flight costs on google flights, then book when costs decline.

(DCA) Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

Another great option for flights if you plan on staying longer, the airport is located in DC and is a metro ride from monuments or museums. Also a close ride to the town of the wedding, but may be a larger Cab or ride share (uber/lyft) fee due to further mileage.
