Thanks to Kristen for making the first move in "liking" a photo on Meesh's profile and Meesh's subsequent message bonding over the Steelers this story would never have kicked off on Hinge. Our first date at Stoney's Lincoln was Thursday Night Football on November 12, 2019. The Texans were playing the Colts, good thing it was a game neither of us were too invested in because we spent the whole time talking. Meesh was drinking a margarita (shocking) and was able to convince Kristen to take a tequila shot from a tray that came around the bar. Those sure go down easier for her these days! The night would not have been complete without a visit to Meesh's neighborhood gay bar at the time, Denver Sweet, where we ran into Sean and Xavier (Meesh's roommate and his best mate). Fast forward 10 countries, buying our first home, and endless adventures later Kristen gave Meesh the surprise of her life on December 30, 2022 in Amsterdam. Here's to all the tequila shots to come with all of you as we kick off our newest adventure!
