4:00pm is the time you can check in. We are not sure if we will be able to have early check in for the rooms so if you are planning to arrive on Saturday, we recommend you come wedding ready! The front desk is open 24/7 and you can check in when you get back from the reception
The Best Western has a large parking lot. They have assured us that anyone going to the ceremony can leave their car if they are not checked in
Yes! For those of you who answered "yes" to the RSVP, we will have shuttles leaving from the hotel to the venue as well as after the reception. Check the "Travel" tab for information about the shuttles
You can also drive to the venue yourself if you'd like. The parking is about a 10min walk from the venue. There will be a complimentary shuttle running from the lot to the venue you will be able to take if you prefer not to walk. Please check the "Travel" tab for more information about parking at the venue
We are staying at the Best Western Westminster and would love to see you all there! Other lodging options nearby are Days Inn Westminster or Airbnb/Vrbo. There are also hotels in Gettysburg, PA, which is about 15-20 minutes farther from the venue than Westminster.
There will be a few children who are immediate family members of the bride and groom who are invited, and a few newborns who need to be with their moms, but otherwise, this will be an adults-only wedding.
