What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive no later than 3:15 and be in your seats so the ceremony can start on time and we can stick to our timeline for the day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has plenty of complimentary parking to accommodate 110 vehicles along with select handicap parking. Feel free to carpool if desired to save on gas.

When is the deadline for my RSVP?

Answer

We will put a response to this question as soon as it gets closer and the invites get finalized in the coming months. Stay tuned!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP for everyone in your party via our wesbite under the RSVP tab. If you are not tech savy we'll also accept RSVPs by calling or texting us at 440-525-0650 (Kelly) or 216-501-8349 (Chris)

Can I change my RSVP after it's been put through on the wesbite?

Answer

If you need to change your RSVP (i.e accepted but now can't come or vice versa) please contact us directly at 440-525-0650 (Kelly) or 216-501-8349 (Chris) NO LATER THAN October 6th 2026

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue and individual preferences, we ask only those that are specified formally on your invite for a plus one will be invited. If no plus one is listed they unfortunately won't be able to come. We appreciate your understanding!

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

While we sure love little ones of all ages, only those that are a part of our immediate families will be invited. They will be included on the invites and addressed, for example, as "The Jane Doe family." When RSVPing on the wesbite it will allow you to RSVP for the whole family if they were included on the invite. Hopefully this will give you time to arrange any possible sitters or daycare for your child(ren). Let's have a great adult night celebration!

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Semi Formal (NO JEANS, SWEATS, SHORTS, TENNIS SHOES) with the option of wearing fall colors if you choose. We're not making it mandatory but it will add a nice touch to the day for pictures and overall vibe. Please note our ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting (it's Ohio - anything can happen day to day!) So also keep that in the mind when figuring out wearing possible layers in peak fall time.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that the ceremony be 'UNPLUGGED' meaning technology free. We have hired a professional photographer who will capture all the beautiful moments. We want you all to be fully present with us as we begin our married life together! There will be plenty of opportunities for photos during the reception that you will be able to take and share with us!

Is there a smoking section for the smokers?

Answer

Anyone who wishes to take smoke breaks are welcome to head out the doors located in the back section of the venue where the vendor and caterers will have their vehicles and equipment.

Will there be a wedding registry where we can purchase gifts?

Answer

Our registry is listed under the REGISTRY tab of our website and it's through AMAZON with cash and gift card funds specifically through ZOLA. You have the option to send it to our address or your home address when purchasing gifts

Are there any hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

While the majority of our guest are within Ohio, we have hotel blocks booked for 2 different hotels within the area approximate to the venue if desired. All detailed information is listed under the TRAVEL section of the website. Make sure to mention and get the discounted rate for our wedding!
