Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both taking place at Mountain Creek Resort Red Tail Lodge. The address is: 200 Route 94 Vernon, New Jersey 07462

Question

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

The ceremony, reception and hotel accommodations are all located at Mountain Creek. However, if you are staying at Black Creek Sanctuary there is a shuttle that will run until the end of the reception at 11:00pm.

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Please let us know! We would be happy to accommodate any dietary needs. Please include this information on your RSVP card.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and adhere to COVID guidelines. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MedorosOnTheMountain so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Our venue offers valet parking service. There is no parking fee!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. To ensure adequate ventilation, doors and windows will be open. Outdoor seating is available throughout the night.

Will there be an after party following the reception?

Answer

Yes! Join us in the Biergarten from 11pm-12am around the beautiful outdoor fireplace! Cash bar is available.

What should I wear? What is the dress code?

Dress to impress (semi-formal).

Will it be safe to attend your wedding?

Answer

We are working closely with our venue to ensure our guests comfort and safety. We are following all guidelines put in place by the state and CDC. Our guests will have to practice social distancing, proper hand hygiene and masks are required at all times except when being seated at a table, eating or drinking.
