We will be proceeding with an indoor ceremony and reception. Please know that everyone’s health and safety is our top priority. Due to COVID-19 our celebration will be a little different than you may expect. Please see below for the precautionary measures that have been implemented by our venue to ensure our guests and staff remain safe! As always, if you are feeling symptomatic or have a fever please stay home for the safety of others. Our venue has a strict mask policy which requires all guests to wear a mask at all times unless seated at a table, eating or drinking. Masks must be worn upon entry to the venue, during the ceremony, when dancing, coming in close contact with a staff member, walking to the bathroom, etc. Our venue will keep any doors/windows open throughout the night to increase ventilation. Outdoor seating will be available throughout the night on the back patio around the fire pit and the Biergarten. The ceremony will take place at 5:30pm sharp in the Hawks Nest located inside the Red Tail Lodge. We ask that you sit with the members of your household. Masks must be worn at all times. After the ceremony, guests will be directed to the reception space for cocktail hour. To ensure social distancing, cocktail hour food will be served family style at each table and table service will be available for all alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages. Please feel free to visit the outdoor Biergarten which is available for walk up bar and has seating available around the beautiful outdoor fireplace! After cocktail hour the celebration will begin! After the reception, any guest who wishes to continue the celebration may attend the after party from 11pm-12am. The after party will be held outdoors in the Biergarten! A cash bar will be available during this time. We look forward to safely celebrating with you all!
