What's most important I bring for the weekend?

Answer

Make sure to pack hiking shoes for weekend plans along with warm jackets and layers for the colder weather in the mountains.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Colorado weather can be unpredictable. With the season we've had, we don't expect snow but light snow or lower temps of 30s-50s could be possible so make sure you have a jacket just in case!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be there promptly ahead of 4 PM, preferably 3:30 to be on the safe side.

Are Plus Ones Welcome?

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those named on the invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While you know we love all the kiddos in our life, we've decided to limit the guest list to adults only, with the exception of our wedding party (flower girl & ring bearer). We appreciate you understanding and hope you can have a fun night off :)

What kind of shoes are best?

Answer

We recommend comfortable heels for the ladies with platform or block heels. If there is snow, stilettos may be tough to walk in outdoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, the venue has a private, free parking lot located directly on the property with handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility available.

Ceremony - Outdoors in the Evergreen area Cocktail Hour - Indoor & Outdoor spaces Reception - Indoors with access to the entire venue

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open Bar will be available from 4:30-9 PM with a Cash Bar from 9-10 PM for the final hour.
