Visit this glorious city hall from 1800’s. It served as a library in 1900’s. It was burned down during the war and it was recently reconstructed to its original glory.

Latin Bridge

Walk over the Latin Bridge from 16th century. This is the site of assassination of Austro Hungarian archduke Fran’s Ferdinand, which lead to the start of the WWI.

Take a day trip to visit the Old Bridge in Mostar! It is UNESCO Heritage site. Medina lived in Mostar for 2 years in high school.

Medina was born and raised in Olovo. Zeleni vir is her favorite nature escape to enjoy picnic or coffee with friends. There are pools, coffee bar, but also area for picnic and grilling.

Dubrovnik

If you have more time and always wanted to visit Croatia, Dubrovnik is only 4-5 hours drive from Sarajevo. on your way, you can visit Mostar. If you are not planning to rent a car, there is Sarajevo-Dubrovnik bus line. The ticket is around 40 USD and the trip is about 6 hours. You can also fly. Direct flights are rare, you can book trip with connecting flight in Zagreb or Belgrade and use layover time to visit another city. The cost of flight from Sarajevo - Zagreb - Dubrovnik is around 150 USD. There are few hours layovers, or you can choose 12 hours layover to spend an entire day in Zagreb, capital of Croatia. You can also fly to Turkey, Germany, and other countries in Europe very easily and cheaply. Affordable airlines in Europe are Wizz Air and Ryanair.
