With that being said, please stay home if you begin to exhibit any symptoms of COVID or if you have been exposed to anyone carrying the virus. Sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the venue. Masks are not required, but please wear one and social distance at your comfort level. Your preference is respected.
Unfortunately with COVID-19 protocols strictly being enforced, we have VERY limited seating at both the ceremony and the reception. Therefore we cannot accommodate additional persons at our event. We are asking that you arrange to have a babysitter for your children and only RSVP for the "person(s) listed on invitation". There will be a hostess at the door confirming invites and doing temperature checks. Uninvited guests will be turned away.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children under the age of ten years old attend the wedding and reception. The only children attending are "select" children who are part of our extended family or wedding party. Thank you for understanding, and respecting our decision.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and maintain Covid safety of all our guests. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
All RSVP's must be confirmed by 4/30/2022 through this website. Calling and speaking to members of the wedding party does not constitute an RSVP. We will be using the confirmed headcount from this website to provide to the venues and caterer. Anyone who hasn't RSVP'd online will not be counted as a confirmed attendee.
You will be missed, but not excluded! We are streaming our ceremony LIVE so that our family and friends who could not attend can still share our special moment with us. To access the link: Please go to the "Schedule" page on the website, and click the "Go to the Virtual event" button and get ready to feel the love from wherever you are. 😊 There is also a link that you can copy and paste into your web browser. Please Note: You will have to had been formally invited to access this link. This keeps our super special moment personal and private, and reserved for those who are specifically invited.
Las Vegas in July will be in the full summer heat. Our days can be as high as 103 degrees and our nights can dip into the 70's so please plan accordingly. The event has high walls and massive trees to shade the overall space. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors with plenty of air conditioning.
First and foremost.... Please... NO WHITE, IVORY, BEIGE, CREAM or anything in the WHITE color group. White is only reserved for those specifically asked to wear it, and the bride. To ensure our pictures look fabulous, we are asking the attendees to wear colors that blend with our venue. This means to select your outfit in the following family of colors: Fuschia, Teal, Navy Blue, Hunter green, gold, and black. It's not a requirement, but we ask that you help keep our gorgeous vibe. The dress code for our wedding is GLAM, FAB, and fashion-forward. Confused?.... Think RED CARPET AT THE GRAMMYS OR THE MET GALA. Ladies can wear gowns or cocktail dresses, and the men should be chic and fashion-forward. Please leave all club attire at home tonight. We are rocking only our best fashions that night.
Our ceremony starts at 4:30 PM Sharp!!!! Security will prevent guests from walking onto the outdoor property at 4:20 PM, and no one will be allowed to enter until the ceremony is concluded. We suggest arriving at 3:45 PM to ensure punctuality and get thru our check-in procedures. Virtual Guest: You will be able to access the virtual link as soon as 4:30 pm.
