Call it fate—or maybe just an invisible string (yes, Maddie is already quoting Taylor Swift). It all began in high school when Maddie hosted a get-together with a strict “no extra people” rule. Of course, our friend Pat showed up with Zach anyway. And thank god he did! Flash forward to Fall 2016, Maddie became Zach's cheerleader for football and before long, it was clear their worlds were perfectly in sync—with matching backgrounds, similar family stories, and a sense of humor that made everything click. Though we’ve grown up, the heart of “us” hasn’t changed—we still laugh every day, dance like no one’s watching, and feel so lucky to be doing life together.
