How will I be able to RSVP?

Answer

Using the RSVP link on this website, you'll be able to do so electronically. If you'd rather complete your RSVP in writing, we'll be mailing written invitations to each guest so that you can do it that way. Please RSVP on or before August 31, 2024!

When can I arrive at the church for the ceremony?

Answer

The church will open its doors at 12:30pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm.

What if I am late?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony early to ensure that you will be able to share in our excitement! If you arrive late, the doors may be locked.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Please avoid wearing jeans, sneakers, shorts and/or T-shirts. We are excited to see everyone dressed up for the big day!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If the Save-The-Date/invite card that you received in the mail specifically listed a plus one or wording such as "and guest", you'll be able to bring one if you want. Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate so many guests. We appreciate your understanding!

Where can I park?

Answer

Ceremony: There is ample parking available behind the church that will allow for all guests to properly park. Reception: The Market at Ebbert's Farm has roughly 80 parking spots available, which will likely accommodate all guests. Alternatively, you can choose to carpool from the hotel or (potentially) utilize the shuttle service.

Will there be a shuttle service between the reception venue and the hotel?

Answer

A 14-passenger van will serve as a shuttle to transport guests between their hotels and the reception venue. The van is white and will have the Red Carpet Limousine logo on the doors. There will be a "Snyder/Foster Wedding" sign in the window. Hours of operation are -- Afternoon: 2:30pm to 4:15pm Evening: 8:30pm to 10:45pm Guests who choose to use the shuttle must be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Any smoking inside the vehicle will terminate the contract with Red Carpet Limousine and result in the end of shuttle service for all guests!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We've decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only. We are hoping that you'll view this evening as a date night and/or time to spend with family and friends, relaxing, socializing and making memories!
