We recommend reserving your room early, as October is a busy season in the area. Air Travel The closest airport to Versailles and Frankfort is Blue Grass Airport (LEX) in Lexington, about 25 minutes away. However, flight options into Lexington can be limited. For the most flexibility, we recommend flying into Louisville International Airport (SDF), which is about one hour from Frankfort and typically offers more direct flights. From Louisville, guests can either: Rent a car and drive to Frankfort Take an Uber or car service from the airport to the hotel.
